start looking through old pictures
realise that you used to be pretty damn good
feel horrible about not being able to take good pictures anymore
get homesick because at home you can wander around with your camera without fearing for your life
start wondering where your ability to take interesting self portraits went
start reading things written by people you should ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY FUCKING NOT be reading things written by
feel like tattooing yourself right now because you so so so so need to hear that mantra now
this too shall pass.

wake about four hours too late
get absolutely nothing done the entire day
feel moderately horrible about yourself
watch David Tennant for approximately seven hours straight
feel increasingly restless and horrible about yourself, as well as slightly (yeah, right) in love
manage to find the piece of sheet music you’ve been looking for
decide at 11pm that this piece of sheet music needs to be tried out immediately. your now completely restless being agrees.
walk to campus
burst into tears when you see that the grand piano is available
feel silly
play said piano until 1 o’clock
walk home looking at the stars
feel like it’s one of those good nights after all
